By accessing and using SHEILD's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

SHEILD provides PHP code obfuscation and protection services. We use advanced techniques to protect your PHP source code from unauthorized access and reverse engineering.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One account per person. Multiple accounts from same IP may be terminated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service to:
• Protect malicious or harmful code
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems

5. Trial Plan Limitations

Trial accounts are limited to 3 obfuscations within 3 days. IP addresses that have used trials are restricted from creating new trial accounts.

6. Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a refund.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend service for maintenance or security reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

SHEILD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
